What you receive

One PDF file, the-control-method.pdf (about 168 pages), sized to read comfortably on a phone. It opens in any PDF reader — the Files app on iPhone, Google Drive or Files on Android, or any computer.

How delivery works

1. You pay securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and more).
2. As soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — usually within seconds — you are taken to your private download page.
3. Tap Download PDF. Your copy is prepared on the spot, with a small licence line printed on its pages.

Your download page is a permanent link. Bookmark it — you can come back and download the guide again, on any device, whenever you need to.

Lost your link?

Go to our recovery page and enter the email address you used at checkout and your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in the payment confirmation Razorpay sends to your email or phone). Your download page opens straight away.

If you don’t receive it

If you paid but didn’t see your download page:

1. Don’t pay again. Check that the payment went through — look for the confirmation from Razorpay or a debit in your bank or UPI app.
2. Wait a couple of minutes, then use the recovery page with your email and payment ID.
3. Still stuck? Email support@example.com with your payment ID. We reply within 1 working day and will either get you access or refund you in full.

If a payment failed but money left your account, it is normally returned automatically by Razorpay or your bank within 5–7 working days. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delivery area and charges

We sell to customers in India, with prices in Indian rupees. Delivery is digital and free — there are no shipping, handling or convenience charges. You need an internet connection and a device that can open PDF files.
