About The Control Method
Last updated: 27 September 2026
A private, practical, research-based guide for men who want more control in bed — without pills, sprays or shame.
Why we made this
Finishing sooner than you’d like is one of the most common sexual worries men have. In a large survey of more than 12,000 men, about 1 in 5 reported it — and fewer than 1 in 10 of them had ever spoken to a doctor about it (Porst et al., European Urology, 2007).
Most of what men find when they search is not much help: “miracle” oils and tablets, embarrassing ads, and advice that is either vague or explicit. Meanwhile, the techniques that sex therapists and pelvic-floor physiotherapists actually teach — breathing and arousal awareness, pelvic-floor training, the stop-start and squeeze methods, and ways to take the pressure off — have been studied for decades but are rarely explained in plain language.
So we wrote The Control Method: a 168-page PDF with a step-by-step 30-day foundation plan and a roadmap for weeks 5–12, designed to be read privately on your phone. It costs ₹299, one-time, inclusive of all taxes.
Our editorial standards
- Evidence-based. The plan is built on published research and clinical guidance, not on personal anecdotes. Where the evidence is weak or mixed, the guide says so.
- Referenced. Research claims in the guide are numbered and linked to a list of 79 references at the back — mostly published studies and clinical guidelines, plus a few health-authority pages, books, laws and news reports — so you can check them yourself. Where research gives no exact figure (for example, how many seconds to hold an exercise), the guide calls the number “a common starting point”.
- Non-explicit. Frank, respectful, clinical language. No explicit images or descriptions.
- No pills sold. We don’t sell, recommend or earn commissions on any pills, sprays, creams, oils or supplements.
- No cure claims. The Control Method is education and skills practice. It is not a treatment, we don’t promise results, and results vary from person to person. The guide tells you clearly when to see a doctor instead.
- Honest selling. One clear price, inclusive of all taxes. No fake reviews, no made-up discounts, no countdown timers.
- Corrections welcome. If you spot an error or an out-of-date reference, email support@example.com and we’ll check it and fix the guide.
