Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our 7-day refund promise

If you are not happy with the guide for any reason, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid (₹299). You don’t need to give a reason, and we won’t try to talk you out of it.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email support@example.com within 7 days of purchase — ideally from the email address you used at checkout.
2. Include your Razorpay payment ID. It starts with pay_ and is in the payment confirmation Razorpay sends to your email or phone.
3. That’s it. We’ll confirm by email once the refund has been issued.

How long it takes

• We issue refunds through Razorpay within 2 working days of receiving your request.
• The money goes back to your original payment method (the same UPI account, card or bank account). Banks typically take 5–7 working days to show it; UPI refunds are often faster.
• We refund the full amount. We don’t deduct any fees.

What happens to your access

A refunded purchase’s download link stops working automatically, and your licence to use the guide ends. Please delete any copies you downloaded.

Duplicate charges and failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money left your account but the payment failed, email us with the payment IDs and we’ll refund the extra or failed payment — even after 7 days. Failed payments are usually returned automatically by Razorpay or your bank within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time before you complete payment — just close the checkout window, and nothing is charged. Because the guide is delivered instantly once payment succeeds, an order can’t be cancelled after that; use the 7-day refund above instead. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel later.
